Chuck Adams

World renowned bowhunter and author Chuck Adams will be making an appearance in Sacramento, California as part of the 2015 Bienniel CBH/SAA Big Game Awards Program. The CBH/SAA Big Game Club is sponsoring Chuck’s appearance and will be holding a seminar on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Red Lion Hotel.

Chuck will also be Guest of Honor and making an hosting an additional program at the Saturday evening CBH/SAA Big Game Awards Banquet. Reservations for the banquet should be made with Evan Arterton at (510) 984-4228.

The seminar is FREE to all current CBH/SAA members. Non-members can also attend for a $35.00 charge that will be converted into a one-year single person membership in CBH/SAA. Family memberships will also be available for $45.00 per family. Doug Meeks – CA Bowhunting Elk Grand Slam

On September 14, 2011, longtime CBH and BGC member Doug Meeks was successful in taking a 262 5/8” Roosevelt’s Elk. While any quality bull elk is worthy of bragging rights, Doug’s elk also landed him a place in history as he became the first bowhunter in North America (and quite possibly the world) to take all three species of California elk with a bow and arrow.
